Yes. We carefully package our stained-glass artwork for shipping. Available shipping options and charges will be shown when applicable during checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible. Please take clear photographs of the damaged piece, the packaging, and the shipping box, and keep all original packaging while we review the damage.

We'll work with you to determine the appropriate solution.

Eligible non-custom items may be returned according to our Store Policies. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for an individual customer, they are generally non-returnable once production has begun, except in situations covered by our policies.

Always use secure hanging hardware appropriate for the size and weight of your stained glass.

We do not recommend relying on suction cups for heavier pieces. Check chains, hooks, frames, and hanging hardware periodically to make sure everything remains secure.

For routine cleaning, gently dust the piece or wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough materials, or excessive pressure on the glass and solder joints.

Ask us before permanently displaying a piece outdoors. Some pieces may be appropriate for protected locations, while others are designed primarily for indoor use. Weather, moisture, wind, freezing temperatures, and direct exposure can affect stained glass and its hanging hardware.
