Thank you for shopping with Petals and Pieces. We are a small Maine stained-glass business, and every order is important to us. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Our stained-glass artwork is handcrafted, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. Glass can vary naturally in color, texture, transparency, pattern, and appearance. These variations are part of the character of handmade stained glass and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear somewhat different depending on lighting, background, and your computer or mobile-device screen.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made directly with Petals and Pieces.

Please review your order and shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We welcome inquiries about custom stained-glass pieces.

Custom work may require a deposit before work begins. Pricing, estimated completion time, design details, and payment arrangements will be discussed before the project is started.

Because custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except when an item arrives damaged or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We carefully package our stained glass to help protect it during shipment.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be displayed during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates only, and carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our hands.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Stained glass is fragile, so please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Petals and Pieces as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping box. Please keep the original packaging while we review the damage.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the piece.

Because many of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, please contact us before returning anything.

For eligible non-custom merchandise, contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Approved returns should be returned in their original condition and securely packaged.

Unless an item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Items returned damaged because of inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Stained glass should be handled carefully. Hanging pieces should always be installed using secure hardware appropriate for the size and weight of the artwork.

Do not rely on suction-cup hangers for heavier stained-glass pieces. Periodically inspect chains, hooks, frames, and other hanging hardware.

Stained-glass products are decorative artwork and are not toys. Keep them away from young children and situations where falling or broken glass could cause injury.

Information you provide when placing an order or contacting Petals and Pieces is used to process orders, provide customer service, communicate with you, and operate our business.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Petals and Pieces does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

A more detailed Privacy Policy can be provided separately if your website collects customer information, analytics, cookies, or email-marketing subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, and other original content displayed by Petals and Pieces remain the property of Petals and Pieces and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a finished piece of artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
